Returns or exchanges and Refund
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift for any of the below reasons, we are happy to supply you with a replacement of the identical item/s you were supposed to receive or a refund of the cost of the item/s:
• the product was faulty
To organize the Cancellation/replacement please call customer service on
info@ibuysafety.com and be ready to quote your order number.
Please note- the following circumstances do not qualify you for an exchange:
• You do not like the shade/you do not think it suits you
• You’ve changed your mind about the product
• We do not accept product returns under any circumstances
• In some cases, we may require you to email in a photo of the goods in order to qualify for the replacement. Customer service will advise.
• We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges
• This policy may change at any time, as per our terms and condition
Cancelling your order
If you wish to cancel or change your order please call our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order on info@ibuysafety.com quoting your order number.
There is no guarantee that the order has not been picked and shipped already, however, we will do our best.
